Until further notice, the Laborers’ Local 91 Educational and Training Fund will be accepting apprenticeship applications by mail only. Please download the apprenticeship application online at our website www.laborerslocal91.org then fully complete the application pages, enclose in an envelope and mail to the attention of Randy Palladino at 4500 Witmer Industrial Estates, Niagara Falls, NY 14305.
